Return and Refund Policy

At SmartStudy Journey, we sell exclusively digital products, such as study guides, worksheets, and e-books.

General policy Because digital products are available immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned", we do not accept returns in principle, unless this is explicitly stated in the product description. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at liap.business@outlook.com — we'll be happy to help.

EU right of withdrawal (EU customers only) If your order is placed from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account on our website.

Please note: the right of withdrawal expires once you have explicitly consented to the immediate delivery of the digital content and confirmed that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

Refunds If your return request is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need a few business days to process and post the refund.
